LAWRENCE – Fire officials are continuing to investigate a blaze that destroyed a home, three vehicles, and a camper early Wednesday morning.
Three people occupied the home owned by Kevin and Betty Demers at 11220 U.S. Highway 11, according to St. Lawrence County fire investigators.
Kevin Demers was treated for smoke inhalation and released, investigators said.
Lawrenceville Fire Department received the report of a fire at 3:56 a.m. Mutual aid was provided by the North Lawrence, Nicholville, Brasher, and Hopkinton fire departments.
The blaze is still under investigation, according to the St. Lawrence County Fire Investigation Team.
The house was reportedly insured.
The fire department was back at the station at 7:42 a.m.
