The final certified tallies for the Nov. 8 election is St. Lawrence County are available.
The count confirms that Ogdensburg Mayor William Nelson survived a re-election challenge from Jack McGrath, but only by 11 votes.
Nelson received 1,079 votes on the Republican Party line, plus 217 votes on the Conservative Party line, for a total of 1,296, compared with 1,285 votes for McGrath on the Revitalize our City line.
