CANTON -- Fifty northern New York martial artists recently gathered at SUNY Canton for the fourth annual “Super Winter Seminar,” a day of training in a variety of martial arts.
The seminar raised $268 for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Martial artists from Malone, Massena, Potsdam and Canton participated in the seminar, which was hosted by the SUNY Canton Zen do Kai karate club.
The club has raised nearly $79,000 total for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Donations for the project can be sent to any Zen do Kai affiliate school. A list can be found at http://zdkusa.com/AFFILIATES.htm.
