With the arrival of fall, foliage spotters are noting that leaves are starting to turn to autumn colors.
There is up to a 15 percent change in St. Lawrence County, according to ILoveNY.com. They say spotters from Canton are noting orange, red and yellow leaves in the Adirondack portion of the county. The site says similar reports have been made from along the St. Lawrence River.
Leaf drop has thus far been minimal, according to The Foliage Network.
The High Peaks section of the Adirondacks, which includes portions of Essex, Hamilton and Franklin counties, has the biggest color change thus far.
They are at mid-point, according to ILoveNY.com.
