POTSDAM -- An “Introduction to Essential Oils” workshop is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 21, from 1-3 p.m. at Trillium Wellness Center, 42 1/2 Elm St.
The workshop cost is $10 and will be taught by Trish Montville, doTerra Wellness advocate and RYT-200.
Participants will explore the benefits of using 12 different essential oils/oil blends aromatically, topically, and internally.
There will be an opportunity to sample several essential oils and each participant will be given an essential oil product to take home.
Diffusers, essential oils, and essential oil roller bottles will also be available for purchase, if desired.
Pre-registration is recommended as the workshop will be limited to 20.
Participants can park on Elm Street and come in through the playground entrance.
