POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council in partnership with the St. Lawrence County Health Initiative is staging a Picture a Healthy Community contest.
What does a healthy community look like? Create a picture of what a healthy community looks like to you, and submit it to the contest.
This contest is open to all students in grades k-12 living in St. Lawrence County. Entries must be 8.5 inches by by 11 inches (the size of a standard sheet of paper), and mailed to Attn: Healthy Communities, SLC Arts, PO Box 252, Potsdam 13676, by March 31. Winners will be announced in mid-April.
Submissions, including rights to the submitted image become the property of the SLC Health Initiative. This contest is organized by the SLC Health Initiative, http://www.gethealthyslc.org/, and SLC Arts, www.slcartscouncil.org.
