Eleven pay DEC fine for violations in St. Lawrence County

The state Department of Environmental Conservation has released court information on the most recent returns from issued environmental conservation appearance tickets in St. Lawrence County.

Here are the individuals, their offenses and fines.

• James A Spiak, 48, Rensselaer Falls, deposited noisome unwholesome substance on public highway on April 24, in Oswegatchie; $50 fine with $2.50 surcharge.

• Edward L. Fluker, 61, Ocala, FL, fishing without a license on May 26, in Clifton; $5 fine with $25 surcharge.

• Michael R. Lawrence, 61, North Bangor, unlawful open burn on May 19, in Morristown; $300 fine with $2.50 surcharge.

• Frederick J. Compo Jr., 27, Ogdensburg, unlawful disposal of solid waste on April 28 in Oswegatchie; $75 fine with $2.50 surcharge.

• Emily L. Royce, 35, Edwards, unlawful open burn and unlawful disposal of solid waste on May 13 in Edwards; $700 fine with $5 surcharge.

• Randy E. Martin, 67, Ogdensburg, take over limit of perch on March 28 in Hammond; $225 fine with $75 surcharge.

• Scott R. Kennedy, 57, Madrid, failed to tag deer as required on Nov. 24, 2017 in Waddington; $100 fine with $2.50 surcharge.

• Jonathan P. Davison, 25, Edwards, hunting deer during muzzleloading season without muzzleloading firearm on Dec. 10, 2017 in Edwards; $200 fine with $2.50 surcharge.

• Robert J. Williams, 57, Churchville, no PFD on May 27 in Morristown; $50 fine with $15 surcharge.

• Katrina M. Roe, 26, Gouverneur, unlawful open burn in Gouverneur on April 22; $100 fine with $2.50 surcharge.

• John L. Witte, 50, Gouverneur, possessing an undersized fish in Macomb on Sept. 2, 2017; $25 fine with $75 surcharge.
