RUSSELL – An Edwards woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on Nov. 3, according to state police.
Buffy L. Matthews, 44, was charged at Canton-Potsdam Hospital with first-offense DWI, troopers said.
Police said they began their investigation at 3:25 a.m. Nov. 3 and arrested her at 4:57 a.m. the same day.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to court at a later date, troopers said.
