EDWARDS – An Edwards teen has been charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident following a two-vehicle crash, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Caleb J. Serrano, 18, of 822 River Rd., was cited at 3:47 p.m. Saturday for fleeing after colliding with a 1992 Dodge pick-up truck driven by C.J. O’Connor, 36, of 380 Stone Rd., on Maple Street, deputies said.
The crash occurred when Serrano backed a 1996 Jeep out of a driveway into the path of the Jeep.
Serrano was located a short time later and was also cited with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle second degree, deputies said.
