RUSSELL -- A 16-year-old Edwards-Knox Central School student has been arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies, charged with selling 6.4 grams of marijuana to a 14-year-old student on school grounds.
Cory C. Cyrus of River Road, Edwards is charged with a felony count of second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, along with criminal possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
The date of the incident is listed as Sept. 30, according to the report from the county Sheriff’s Office.
Cyrus was arraigned in Pierrepont Town Court and released to the supervision of probation authorities.
