EDWARDS – An Edwards man stopped by state police for a headlight violation has been charged with felony DWI for a blood alcohol level of .33 percent, more than four times the legal limit for a driver.
Terry P. Holly, 45, was stopped by troopers at 8:45 p.m. on County Rt. 24 near Main Street in Edwards.
Troopers said his blood alcohol level was measured at .33 percent. A DWI ticket can be issued with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent.
Holly was released to a third party. He is due in Edwards Town Court May 22.
