EDWARDS -- An Edwards man faces a felony after unlawfully recording a 16-year-old female showering without her knowledge, according to state police.
Scott A. Briggs, 30, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance: no legitimate purpose and endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
He was charged Wednesday evening at 2456 County Route 27 at 6:35 p.m., police said.
Briggs was arraigned in Fowler court and released under the supervision of probation.
An order of protection was reportedly issued.
He is due back in court May 6 at 6 p.m. to face the charges.
Police said their investigation is still open.
