With all 81 election districts reporting, St. Lawrence County primary voters chose Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Democrat Bernie Sanders by wide margins on Tuesday.
Trump, the New York City real estate entrepreneur, received 55 percent of the Republican votes, or 3,617.
Ohio Gov. John Kasich was second with 1,905 votes, or 29 percent, while Texas Sen. Ted Cruz received 978 votes, or 15 percent. Neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who has dropped out of the race, received 120 votes, or 2 percent.
On the Democratic side, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders received 4,102 votes, or 59 percent of the total.
Former New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, who also served as Secretary of State, garnered 2,865 votes, or 41 percent.
Statewide, the Associated Press reported Trump and Clinton won the primary with 61 and 58 percent of the votes, repsectively.
