Four felony counts face an Ogdendburg man accused of being drunk in his car and still drinking Friday.
A Norfolk man was charged with DWI, and a West Stockholm man was charged with criminal drug possession Friday.
State police encountered the vehicle of Gary J. LaMere, 46, Ogdensburg, on St. Rt. 68 in Canton at 1:44 p.m.
Their investigation led them to charge LaMere with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, DWI with a prior conviction, and aggravated unlicensed operation, each a felony, and two infractions, drinking alochol in a motor vehicle on a highway and having no inspection certificate.
Troopers reported his status as "held."
Joseph L. Ruddy, 55, Norfolk, was issued an appearance ticket at 7:20 p.m. by state police who charged him with first-offense DWI along St. Rt. 56 in Norfolk.
Wayne A. Foster, 32, West Stockholm, was given an appearance ticket by state police on Cty. Rt. 53 in Brasher charging him with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance Friday afternoon.
