Weak high pressure today will keep St. Lawrence County dry with near normal temperatures, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
The high today will be near 33 with partly sunny skies and a 30 percent chance of snow, mainly after 4 p.m., NWS says. Snow fall accumulation will be less than a half inch.
Light snow is expected tonight with a dusting to several inches of accumulation possible, especially in the mountains, NWS says. The low will be near 21 with winds around 11 mph and gusts as high as 24 mph.
A series of arctic fronts will produce occasional snow showers and snow squalls on Wednesday into Thursday with several inches of snow accumulation expected on Wednesday, the service says.
Bitterly cold wind chill values are likely Thursday night into Friday.

Snow showers likely, mainly after 5pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 23. Southwest wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

A 50 percent chance of snow showers after 7am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 13. West wind 7 to 11 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
