State police said they conducted a Memorial Day weekend driving while intoxicated crackdown that resulted in nine arrests throughout St. Lawrence County.

State police said those charged include:

HERMON -- Dennis M. Noble, 53, Hermon, was arrested May 23 for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for failure to keep right on County Route 21 in the town of Hermon, troopers say.

Noble’s blood alcohol content was allegedly determined to be .16 percent.

He is to appear in the Town of Hermon Court on June 2.

LISBON -- State police say they responded to 4211 State Route 68, in the town of Lisbon, on May 24 at 2:20 a.m. for a vehicle that struck a house.

A 2001 Dodge Dakota, reportedly operated by 20 year-old Christopher A. Todd Jr., Rensselaer Falls, had struck the front of the residence. Todd refused medical treatment.

He was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated, troopers said. His blood alcohol content was reportedly determined to be .14 percent.

Todd was further ticketed for no seat belt, failure to stop at a stop sign, uninspected motor vehicle, open container, and speed not reasonable and prudent.

He is to appear at the Lisbon Town Court on June 3 at 7p.m.

MASSENA -- State police say they charged an Akwesasne woman with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Highway 37C on May 24.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., trooper say they arrested 23-year-old Katelyn M. Bero, for aggravated DWI and ticketed her for failure to keep right, following a traffic stop.

Police said her blood alcohol content was determined to be .20 percent.

She is to appear at the Massena Town Court May 28at 5 p.m.

ST. REGIS FALLS -- A Potsdam woman is accused of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on May 24 on Lafayette Street.

State police reportedly arrested 49-year-old Tina M. Jock for DWI around 3:30 a.m

Her blood alcohol content was reportedly determined to be .17 percent.

Jock was further ticketed for failure to keep right, and refusal to take breath test, troopers said. She is to appear at the Town of Waverly Court May 27.

LISBON -- State police say they arrested an Ogdensburg man May 24 at approximately 10 p.m., following a traffic stop on State Route 37.

The operator, 50-year-old Charles D. Larue of Ogdensburg, was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated, troopers said.

His blood alcohol content was allegedly determined to be .12 percent.

Larue was also ticketed for speed and driving across hazardous markings, officers said. He is to appear at the Lisbon Town Court on June 3 at 7 p.m.

OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Highway 68 on May 25, according to state police.

Troopers say that at approximately 1:40 a.m. they arrested 19-year-old Haydn Girard of Ogdensburg for DWI.

Girard’s blood alcohol content was allegedly .13 percent.

She was further ticketed for speeding and inadequate muffler, officers said. She is to appear at the Oswegatchie Town Court on June 4 at 5 p.m.

MASSENA -- On May 25 at approximately 2:10 a.m., state police say they arrested 31-year old Amanda L. Peets of Massena for driving while ability impaired by alcohol, and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Peets was reportedly stopped on East Orvis Street for speeding.

Her blood alcohol content was determined to be .06 percent, troopers said.

She also had a suspended license and was issued tickets for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation as well as speed in zone, troopers said.

She is to appear at the Village of Massena Court on June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

MORRISTOWN -- State police say they arrested a man for driving while ability impaired following a traffic stop on May 25 on State Highway 37.

At approximately 7:45 p.m., state police reportedly arrested 56-year-old Bruce A. Bray of Syracuse for DWAI.

Bray’s blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.06 percent, officers said.

He was also issued tickets for speeding, operation of a vehicle without an interlock device, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Bray was arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court and sent to St. Lawrence County Jail on no bail.

STOCKHOLM -- A Massena woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop May 25 on State Highway 420, according to state police.

Troopers say they charge Renea M. Grenier for DWI at 10:15 p.m.

Grenier voluntarily submitted to a blood test to determine her drug and alcohol content, officers said.

She was further ticketed for failure to keep right, and is to appear at the Town of Stockholm Court July 2 at 6 p.m.

Further charges may be pending results of the blood test.
