POTSDAM – The draft environmental review for a planned new apartment complex on Outer Market Street can be viewed in the village clerk’s office in the Civic Center between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., or online at www.vi.potsdam,ny.us.
Comments on the draft review will be accepted through Jan. 31 at Potsdam Planning and Development Office in the Civic Center or at the village web site, and at a Planning Board meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2.
