CANTON – Work requirements will mean traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction along Main Street -- U.S. Route 11 – near Riverside Drive beginning Tuesday, June 19, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The work, expected to be done by Friday, June 22, is for installation of new sewer lines as part of the Route 11 reconstruction project through downtown.
Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and motorists should expect delays, DOT says.
