WINTHROP -- Paving State Route 420 between Winthrop and the Norfolk town line begins today, according to the state Department of Transportation.
It is expected to be done by Friday, July 20.
Traffic will be controlled by flaggers, and a pilot vehicle will be used to assist motorists through the work zone.
Motorists may encounter minor delays, DOT said.
