MASSENA -- The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is reopening a portion of the Parker Avenue Bridge on State Rt. 37B in Massena.
Crews have made repairs to the point where one lane of traffic in each direction can be accommodated starting Wednesday.
Traffic had been redirected to the Main Street Bridge or the Alcoa bridge by way of East Orvis Street after a foot-wide hole appeared in the bridge deck in early June.
