DOT will present information and answer questions about a proposed project to improve the intersection of County Rt. 35, the Mooers Corners-Burnham Corners Road, which crosses State Rt. 345 about halfway between Potsdam and Madrid.
The meeting will be held at the West Potsdam Fire Department Bingo Hall, 49 Blanchard Rd.
Department representatives will be on hand at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the project and answer questions. The official public hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Parts of both roads would be upgraded with wider lanes and shoulders and improvement to visibility.
A draft design report for the project is available on the DOT Region 7 website at https://www.dot.ny.gov/regional-offices/region7/other-topics.
