CANTON — Looking for a good home for an antique or collectible that you are ready to part with? Consider making a donation to the St Lawrence County Historical Association’s silent auction, which is just one part of the SLCHA’s 28th annual Antique & Artisan Show and Sale on Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Canton’s McKenney Middle School, 99 State St.
Suggested donations for the silent auction include collectibles, antiques (including furniture), glassware, prints, tools, paintings, stoneware, primitives, pottery, linens, lamps, candle holders, maps, books, and documents.
Donations must be dropped off by April 7 at the Silas Wright House during regular open hours: from noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday, noon to 6 p.m. on Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
In addition to the silent auction, the show will feature vendors from all across the North Country with a wide variety of beautiful, interesting and unique items, a quilt raffle, and a gourmet luncheon. All proceeds will benefit the St Lawrence County Historical Association.
