101.5 The Fox radio personality Blind Andy is setting up his radio booth for live broadcasting at locations throughout the region this week to raise money for hurricane relief.
Blind Andy will set up shop Tuesday, Sept 19, at Ray's Place, Massena; Wednesday, Sept 20, at the Akwesasne Mini Mart; Thursday, Sept 21, at Between the Buns in Potsdam; and at Hot Tamale in Canton Friday, Sept. 22.
Those visiting the broadcast locations can donate or “pay to play.”
A $10 donation will get a classic rock song request on the air; $20 donation will get a classic rock request played, and the requester will be able to go on air on with Blind Andy; a $50 donation will get the donator on the radio as a co-host with Blind Andy for an hour; and $150 donaton will allow the donator to co-host the show for an whole four hours.
