OGDENSBURG -- Matt Doheny, Republican and Independence Party candidate for the 23rd Congressional District, has an election-eve rally with county officials and other supporters today.

They will gather at 5:30 p.m. in St. Lawrence County GOP Headquarters, 1011 Linden St., Ogdensburg.
