NORFOLK – St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies are asking anyone who has received a check from Bliss A. Snyder to call the office at 379-2222.

Snyder, 34, of Norfolk was charged with a felony count of scheme to defraud after she allegedly wrote several checks on an account that had been closed for several months.

Deputies say Snyder wrote more than $3,000 in fraudulent checks,

Snyder was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in Norfolk Town Court.
