Linda Maginn, 67, of 36 Woods Drive, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated at Sunoco early Thursday morning.
Deputies said she was found to be intoxicated and when she got into her vehicle, they attempted to stop her. Deputies say she drove around the parking lot before stopping her vehicle.
