RICHVILLE — A DeKalb woman was arrested March 23 stemming from complaints of animals not being care for properly, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Misty M. Hally, 34, was charged with agriculture and market law 353: torture/injure/not feed animal, officers said.
The incident took place at 227 County Route 18.
She was cited and released.
