CANTON — A Canton man faces numerous charges after driving recklessly on a motorcycle with a four-year old child on the back who was wearing a bicycle helmet, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Randy Bouchey, 59, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and reckless driving on June 1, deputies said.
He was charged following a traffic stop on Jingleville Road, deputies said.
Bouchey was also charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper passing, unapproved motorcycle helmet and permitting unapproved motorcycle helmet, officers said.
He was cited and released.
