GOUVERNEUR -- A DeKalb Junction man was charged with arson in connection with a fire that occurred in May, according to state police.
Zachary W. Robinson, 18, was charged with third-degree arson and providing a false written statement at 9:48 a.m. at 916 East DeKalb Rd., troopers said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
Robinson was charged June 9 along with two other St. Lawrence County residents in connection with fires in Fowler, officers said.
