DEKALB — A DeKalb man was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a property-damage accident on CR 17 on Saturday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Jesse M. Mousaw, 25, was charged with a felony count of driving while ability impaired by drugs, speed not reasonable and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
No injuries were reported in the accident.
Mousaw has a previous conviction for driving while impaired by drugs which made his most recent charge a felony, deputies said.
He was released on appearance tickets.
