CANTON -- Deep Root Center for Self-Directed Learning is getting $1,366 from the Canton Community Fund for music equipment.
They will use the cash to guy an Ibanez electric guitar and bass, and a Macbook to be used with GarageBand and other digital recording tools.
“This equipment will augment the DRC music program to make it accessible to youth of all ages. Thank you to the Canton Community Fund for their continued support of our creative, experiential, and hands on programming,” Deep Root officials said in a news release.
