CANTON -- Deep Root Center for Self-Directed Learning, 7 Main St., has received a grant from the JM McDonald foundation to fund their scholarship program.
The grant allows Deep Root Center to maintain a commitment to fee reduction to any child who desires admission.
Deep Root Center provides facilities, classes, resources for hands-on projects, mentoring, independent study space, and a safe environment for youth to live and learn without school.
