There people can learn about new insulating practices for buildings and homes that can help local businesses and families reduce energy bills during North Country winters.
The training and discussion will especially appeal to builders and contractors, groups involved in energy and housing work, and local government officials.
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's Gregory A. Pedrick, Buildings Research and Development Project Manager, will present.
The event is free and open to all interested individuals. Continuing education units are available to Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified attendees.
