CANTON -- Deputy Secretary of State for Local Governments Dede Scozzafava will be in Canton today to speak about Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s plans for this year, including his budget.
Scozzafava will be in the Canton Municipal Building, Main Street, at 11 a.m. to “take the governor’s message directly to communities across the state,” the press release said.
