Campers participate in fishing, bird watching, fly-tying, archery, canoeing, hiking, camping, orienteering and hunter safety education. Campers learn about fields, forests, streams and ponds through fun, hands-on activities and outdoor exploration.
Fee for one week is $350. All camps will run for seven weeks, beginning July 3. Campers may attend for more than one week.
DEC is also encouraging sporting clubs, civic groups and environmental organizations to sponsor a child for a week at camp.
