CANTON – SeaComm CEO Scott Wilson spoke recently at SUNY Canton as part of the school’s "Excellence in Leadership" program, to give students the benefit of his business experience.

At the invitation of SUNY Canton President Zvi Szafran Wilson addressed students, faculty, guests and senior leaders of the college, providing an illustrated overview of SeaComm Federal Credit Union and explaining how he might serve as a role model, telling them what he did at various stages of his professional life to be where he is today and what it takes to stay at the top; what one needs to master not only the technical skills but also soft skills such as interpersonal communication, interaction and personality; his views on the current and future business climate and what students should do to move up the corporate ladder after getting their first entry-level professional employment.

A reception and dinner were hosted in his honor following the lecture.
