CANTON -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Afterhours primary care center in the E. J. Noble Medical Building at 80 E. Main St. has been temporarily relocated after severe storms and flooding on Wednesday caused minor damage to the ground floor of the building.
CPH’s pediatric practice, overseen by Dr. Kathleen Terrence, occupies the same space. Both Afterhours and Terrence’s practice will temporarily relocate to Dr. Luc Perrier’s suite in the E. J. Noble Medical Building. Cleanup is expected to be done by Monday, July 26, when the services are expected to return to their regular locations.
The Afterhours primary care center’s hours of operation are 4 to 9 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays, with Sunday hours between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. To reach Afterhours or Dr. Terrence during this temporary move, patients should call 714-3006. Patients are advised to call the offices or the hospital at 265-3300 for a status update before visiting on Monday.
Patients may also visit one of the hospital’s other primary care centers: in Potsdam, these include CPH Family Health Care Center, at 190 Outer Main Street, Primecare, at 12 Elm Street or, for adult patients, CPH Internal Medicine Services, at 145 Market Street. CPH also operates a primary care center in Brasher Falls at 899 State Highway 11C.
