POTSDAM -- CP of the North Country’s second annual golf tournament recently was deemed a success in spite of cool and rainy conditions.
Sixteen of the 18 teams registered showed up in support of the non-profit organization, which provides programs and services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
The tournament took place at Potsdam Town & Country Club, where participants had a chance to win a $5,000 hole-in-one prize, as well as a number of other prizes. The event featured a longest drive, closest to the pin and putting contests, as well as a 50/50 raffle and a prize raffle.
After the participants came in from golfing they were able to dry off and enjoy some food.
