WADDINGTON -- The St. Lawrence Arts Council is encouraging artists and citizens to give input to county planners on a proposal to turn a village building into art spaces.
Officials want to make the Clark House into an artist co-op with gallery and shop space on the first floor and studio space above.
The quantity of interest and the types of input planners receive will help determine the future plans and grant seeking, arts council officials say.
Anyone with input can contact St. Lawrence County Arts Council board president Mark Scott at mscott264@gmail.com or John Tenbusch in the St. Lawrence County Planning Office at jtenbusch@stlawco.org.
