Pet rabies vaccinations today in Canton

CANTON – The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department hosts a rabies vaccination clinic today from 2 to 5 p.n. at the Human Service Center, 80 State Rt. 310.

Proof of a current vaccination is required for all animals needing a three-year vaccination; a rabies tag is not acceptable proof.

Dogs and cats must be three months old to be vaccinated.

Pets should have a collar and leash; cats may be brought in in a carrier or a pillowcase.

An adult person must accompany all pets.
