MORRISTOWN – Following an investigation by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force Detectives have charged a 
Morristown man with Felony Criminal Possession of Marijuana and Misdemeanor Unlicensed Marijuana grow.
Fred C. Forino, 41, 593A English Settlement Road, was arrested Monday, Dec. 19 after detectives allege he possessed a hydroponic marihuana grow at his residence in Morristown and possessed over 8 ounces of marihuana.
Forino was arraigned before the Morristown Justice and remanded to the custody of the sheriff without bail.
He is to reappear in Morristown court at a later date.
The investigation is continuing and more charges are expected.
