The New York State Office of General Services has announced it has awarded a contract for electrical work at the Riverview Correctional Facility, Ogdensburg, to O'Connell Electric Company of Victor.
O'Connell submitted the low bid of $947,400 for replacement of switchgear in Building 20, according to OGS.
