CANTON - Congressman William Owens will hold an "Unfilled Jobs" roundtable discussion at St. Lawrence University's Sullivan Student Center, Room 322 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.

Owens will then be available to speak to the media at the end of the meeting.
