LISBON -- Congressman Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, will speak at Lisbon Central School Tuesday at the send-off ceremony for the Lisbon Central School Marching Band, which is departing tomorrow for Washington, D.C.
The school was selected to represent the State of New York in the National Independence Day Parade.
Owens will be at the school from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lisbon Central School’s band also marched in 2012 parade.
