North Country Congressman Bill Owens will hold a telephone town hall Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Owens will give an update on the economy and his recent activities in the district.
“The most important thing I can do as a Member of Congress is listen to my constituents’ concerns and ideas,” Representative Owens said. “Telephone town halls are a great way to connect constituents from our expansive district and give them a chance to ask questions and voice their opinions. I look forward to speaking with all in attendance and encourage all who are able to participate.”
A random sample of residents in the 21st Congressional District will receive an invitation by telephone to participate in the conference call. All constituents can request to participate in the town hall by:
· Emailing their name and phone number to ny21townhall@mail.house.gov;
· Calling the Congressman’s Washington office at 202-225-4611; or
· Filling out the form at owens.house.gov/Contact/TeletownHall.htm
Those unable to participate in the telephone town hall can send questions or concerns to Congressman Owens by calling any of his offices in New York or Washington or at owens.house.gov.
