CANTON -- Watertown investor and Republican congressional hopeful Matt Doheny will stop in Canton following the Tuesday primary.
Doheny will be at the Best Western University Inn, 90 E. Main St., at noon on Thursday. Canton is one of 10 stops he is planning around the North Country to visit with supporters.
Doheny and Kellie Greene of Sackets Harbor will face off in the Republican primary Tuesday to see which one will challenge incumbent Democrat Rep. Bill Owens of Plattsburgh in the November election for the 21st Congressional District.
