NICHOLVILLE – Congressional candidate Matt Doheny takes his campaign to Nicholville Telephone Company Friday.
Nicholville Telephone, the century-old company that is the parent firm of Slic Network Solutions, is expanding access to broadband Internet services in rural areas, in part with government funding.
Doheny, a Republican businessman from the Watertown area, hopes to unseat Democrat incumbent Bill Owens of Plattsburgh from the 21st Congressional District seat.
Doheny will meet with company executives at 9 a.m.
