GOUVERNEUR – A Gouverneur man was held on bail after his arrest Monday night on a reckless endangerment charge.
Daniel J. Hughes, 49, has been charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, and two misdemeanors, second-degree menacing: weapon and fourth-degree criminal mischief: preventing emergency call.
Troopers responded to a complaint of gun shots being fired.
