POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's Center for Diversity and Gender and Sexuality Alliance student organization are inviting North Country residents to join SUNY Potsdam's students, faculty and staff in their Gay Pride March scheduled for Saturday, April 15 at 11 a.m.
Participants are encouraged to gather in the Main Street parking lot, across from the Roxy Theater at 10:30 a.m.
The parade route will be Main Street to Pierrepont Avnue. and will end with a celebration, guest speakers, and a performance by comedian Christine O'Leary in the Knowles Conference Center on Barrington Drive on the SUNY Potsdam campus.
This year's theme is "United for Freedom, Diversity is Our Strength."
