Another new New York State Police graduate of the academy is from St. Lawrence County.
The list of graduates released yesterday included Bryan Whalen, who grew up in the Colton-Pierrepont area with his parents Paul Whalen and Marta Reynolds, but whose home town in the news release listed his new home in the Hudson Valley, near his wife’s family.
Whalen, who is assigned to Troop B, was a U.S. Marine and Military Police officer who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
